The Articulate:Baltimore Street Art Festival brought together artists from around Charm City Baltimore and the world to bring color, enhance, and promote Baltimore’s new Bromo Arts and Entertainment District. The murals are clustered around and along N Howard and W Mulberry Streets.

Participating artists include Chris Stain and Billy Mode (Baltimore and New York), HKS 181 (Washington, DC), Indigo (Canada), J. Digital (Baltimore), Jessie Unterhalter and Katey Truhn (Baltimore), Never 2501 (Italy), Pixel Pancho (Italy), and Stefan Ways (Baltimore).
