The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts (BOPA) awarded artist Ali Duggan the 2016 PNC Transformative Art Prize for her large-scale mural project in West Baltimore’s Harlem Park neighborhood. At the intersection of N Fulton Avenue and W Lanvale Street, Ali is creating a series of notable murals entitled A Step Forward.
