In South Baltimore, artists Richard Best and Billy Mode are painting a 360 foot-long mural near West Covington Park and Sagamore Ventures’ City Garage. Scape Jam Mural Festival 2016 showcased 18 outstanding graffiti writers and street artists. The line-up included Abner, Adam Estes, Avery Storms, Cristen Hoyt, Defy, Goodloe Byron, HKS181, John Gingrich, Jorge Santos, Joshua Hawkins, Mccabe Jemrosz, Merlet, Nevs, Osirus, Reed Bmore, Socalled, and Wake.
