Legendary – that single word is the appropriate way to describe Jersey Fresh Jam 2017 which Charm City Streets attended this past weekend. Jersey Fresh Jam is New Jersey’s premiere Hip Hop Festival. Each year artists, DJs, graff writers and musicians from up and down the Mid-Atlantic come together in Trenton to celebrate Hip Hop culture. The tunes are unforgettable, and the artwork is stupendous.

Climate scientists have concluded global warming, if left unchecked, will cause sea levels to rise. Verifiable scientific data indicates rising sea levels would inundate large areas of New York City and the boroughs by the turn of the century.
In a recent peer reviewed article in Squirrelly Scientific Amurican, scientists concerned about graffiti’s impact on global warming requested the public’s assistance with their investigation. Alarmed by all the dire warnings, Charm City Streets submitted documentation to these scientists. You need not file a Freedom of Information Act request to review this documentation. Charm City Streets now openly shares its information with you.

Headlining today’s post … the mural by Pixel Pancho and Case MaClaim for the Bushwick Collective Block Party
Charm City Streets traveled to Brooklyn to take in the Third Annual Bushwick Collective Block Party, May 30th – Jun 1st. It was huge. The entire block of Troutman Street between St. Nicholas and Wyckoff Streets was closed to traffic. There was live music and live painting all weekend long. Got to see a number of artists at work, including Damien Mitchell, Jerkface, Lexi Bella, Meres, Pixel Pancho & Case Ma’Claim, and Vers. Cool experience! I gotta go back next year.
