The Skatepark of Baltimore, located in Hampden’s Roosevelt Park, completed Phase I of its renovation and expansion project. The breathtaking Bowl is now open. Phase II is underway and will include a collection of jumps, rails, and ramps.
Well-known graffiti artist/writer Adam Stab has created a stunning new mural to line the Bowl in the Skatepark. An online search shows a number of other skate parks around the country have incorporated artwork into their designs. In these other skate parks, colorful patterns and interesting geometric shapes break up the dull expanse of white concrete. Adam’s mural is unique and sets the Skatepark of Baltimore apart from other skate parks. Below you can see that Adam’s one-of-a-kind tattoo-themed mural is vibrant, animated, dramatic, lively and exciting.
