WHAT’S UP ON CHARM CITY STREETS

Eyes of the tiger

Headlining today’s edition … Eyes of the Tiger … garage door artwork in Sowebo

Today’s edition of What’s Up on Charm City Streets covers the month of February, 2015. Snowstorms, sleet, ice, freezing temperatures, and severe wintry weather forced most artists to stay indoors this month.

Taylor O’Cuinn completed the first two parts of a planned triptych: Hear No Evil – Only Beats and Speak No Evil – Only What’s True. On the CSX train trestle along W North Avenue there are several historic graff pieces … we out here by Ceda, Jerome and Scum. Near M&T Stadium on S Paca Street Stefan Ways painted a mural on Bobby’s Jazz & Cigar Bar. It looks like Jamal Tendajii Lee is not quite finished painting his mural Fracking Crab. Once again, Graffiti Alley continues to serve predominantly as a starter wall for new writers.
