Under a highway in the Hampden neighborhood Charm City Streets discovered new work by Achue, Bloks, Clyde, Jekl, Later, Maya, and Soe.
LameOne created a private eye giraffe and a mean-looking, spray-painting rat in Graffiti Alley. Angry Kevin is back, sporting a beehive hairdo, hon. A number of other writers were busy in Graffiti Alley, but the current construction there has hampered access.
